Problem: The 90 second download timer keeps resetting.

Solution A: Make sure java and cookies are enabled in your browser.
Solution B: Delete browser cache and cookies and try again.
Solution C: Download a new browser like FireFox or Opera.

Problem: When I click on the link, a blank page comes up.

Solution: If this happens you may have to manually enter the download code into your address bar. You will need the code after the “dl=XXXXX” and put it into the format http://www.uploading.com/files/XXXXX.

Problem: Download speeds are deathly slow.

Solution: Not much can be done about this one. Based on the number of non-premium users downloading files when you are, the bandwidth is shared amongst you. The only solution is to sign up for a premium account with uploading.com which gives you faster speeds, unlimited downloads, and you will be able to quickly download files from any site that uses uploading.com as a file sharing service.
